My name is Paula and I am the heart
and the head behind Paulamar.

I grew up in Puerto Montt, always closely linked to nature and the sea. The backyard of my house was a forest of coigües and arrayanes on the banks of the Tenglo canal and it has been my source of inspiration to create Paulamar. I spent afternoons exploring the beach, looking for crabs and escaping the cyclical tide.

When I was a child, one of my grandmothers taught me how to sew using patterns from Burda magazines, and a few years ago I inherited her wonderful pedal-operated Singer from the other one.

I think Paulamar has been brewing since that time. It is hand-made, stitch by stitch, and I hope you find in it all the enthusiasm and love we have put into it.
